The Jordan Restaurant Association and the Higher Council Discuss Cooperation to Employ Persons with Disabilities

In an ongoing commitment to fostering a disability-friendly work environment, a team from the Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA), represented by General Manager Ms. Eliana Ja'neini and Public Relations Officer Ms. Aya Al-Momani, met with representatives from the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The meeting, which aimed to coordinate specialized training for restaurant and human resources managers, was attended by Mr. Raafat Al-Zeitawi from the Directorate of Equal Opportunities, Dr. Zaid Al-Attari from the Directorate of Training, and Ms. Rawan Barakat, representing the Committee of Women with Disabilities.

The training will focus on effective communication etiquette and employment laws related to persons with disabilities, with the goal of ensuring the highest standards of professional inclusion. This initiative is a crucial step towards promoting inclusive services within the sector.
