JRA Signs Strategic MoU with Management Bylaws Solutions (MBS Jordan) to Boost Staff Competency and Sector Excellence

In its continuous commitment to developing the tourism restaurant sector and enhancing the efficiency of its workforce, the Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Management Bylaws Solutions for Business Solutions (MBS Jordan).

The MoU was formally signed by Ms. Eliana Ja’anineh, General Manager of the JRA, and Mr. Kifah Khamis, General Manager of MBS Jordan.

This memorandum aims to activate mutual cooperation in the fields of training, development, and consultation. This will be achieved through the implementation of specialized, high-quality training programs and courses tailored for employees of JTRA member restaurants.

This initiative is expected to significantly raise the level of human skills and competencies and improve institutional performance, aligning the sector with modern best practices.

Both parties affirmed that this strategic step is driven by a shared vision to establish a culture of excellence and quality in tourism services. It further solidifies the partnership between the two sectors in the areas of human resource development and supports the ongoing journey toward sustainable and professional tourism in Jordan.
