Announcement of the new Tourism Restaurant Regulation No. 49 of 2025.

The Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA) announced of the new Tourism Restaurant Regulation No. 49 of 2025.

The regulation, issued pursuant to paragraphs (b) and (c) of Article (3) and Article (23) of the Tourism Law No. 20 of 1988, was referenced in a letter from His Excellency the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, dated August 4, 2025.

Ms. Eliana Ja'neini, the General Manager of the JRA, urged all tourism restaurant owners to review the attached document carefully due to its importance.

The new regulation outlines the framework for operating tourism restaurants and is a key step in enhancing the standards and governance of the sector.
